Resolutions may be submitted to Secretary to Annual Council any time before Council recesses for midday break on the first legislative day (November 6, 2026).

To be published on the diocesan website in advance of Council, a Resolution on any matter must be submitted by attaching a document below by October 7.

The deadline for proposed changes to the Diocesan Constitution or Canons is October 7.
