Annual Council Reports 2026

Please attach a report for your Commission, Committee, or Task Force below. The deadline for submission is October 21, 2026.




If you do not see your Commission, Committee, or Task Force listed, then you do not need to report to Annual Council. If you believe this is in error, please email annualcouncil@episcopalatlanta.org


  • Summary of Work
  • If you are proposing any resolutions, a copy of each Proposed Resolution(s)
  • If you have any Supplementary Materials to accompany your report, you may attach them as well.

Commission Membership
Should you desire, your report can include a listing of all commission members and their roles (commissions often require certain representation in their membership). If you submit your member names here, your membership listing will be included in the report shared with Annual Council and will look something like this:

The Rev. Jane Doe, Middle Georgia Convocation
Mr. John Smith, Northwest Georgia Convocation


Example: John Smith resigned in April 2026.

What is the role for this specific member? Examples: Chair, Middle Georgia Convocation, Deacon
Task Force Membership
Your report should include a full listing of all Task Force members and their roles (Task Forces often require certain representation in their membership). Your membership listing will be included in the report shared with Annual Council and will look something like this:

The Rev. Jane Doe, Middle Georgia Convocation
Mr. John Smith, Northwest Georgia Convocation
