Jacksonville Public Education Fund Privacy Notice for the Parents Who Lead Program
Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide to us when you apply for the Parents Who Lead program. This may include your name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity and religious affiliation. Additionally, we track your attendance at Parents Who Lead sessions and events.
How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to provide you with the services you requested, to communicate with you about program updates, and for internal program planning, evaluation, and funder reporting. We will not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Sharing Your Information
We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, except as necessary to facilitate the program (e.g., a third-party platform used to manage registration), fulfill reporting requirements for funds received for the program in which you are enrolled, or if required by law.
The Parents Who Lead Program is funded by Kids Hope Alliance, which requires that JPEF report the following for each participant: Last name, date of birth, gender, race, ethnicity, address, and attendance at each PWL session and event.
Your Choices and Rights
You have the right to inspect and review the information we hold about you. You can also request that we update or delete your information. You can indicate that you do not want your information used for general programming and policy planning purposes, which will not affect your access to our services.
