Foundations is a leadership program for educators who are committed to Latino student success and want to help reimagine education. Over six weeks, you will gain clarity about who you are as a leader while working on a real challenge you are facing right now. You will build skills you can use immediately, develop relationships with educators across the country, and leave with a plan for what to do next.
Foundations is for the leaders closest to students every day. Your decisions shape whether Latino students feel like they belong, get access to rigorous learning, and have real pathways to prosperity. This includes:
