Student
Student registration is for world language undergrad students/student teachers with proof of student status (Email proof: a copy of current registration or have supervisor send confirmation to Betsy Basom at admin@mclasc.org)
Presenters
Presenters will be verified. If you have not been notified that your proposal was accepted by MCLASC President Betsy Basom, please select a different registration.
CLTA & Affiliate Membership
CLTA and one (1) affiliate membership are free with Registration Fee. If you have already renewed your membership for 2026-27, please contact Evelyn at registrar@clta.net before paying for your registration.

NOTE: Your personal email address works better, because  1) your school email server may block our emails to you; 2) when you change schools, districts or employment status, you can still stay in touch with us. But if you must use your school email address, perhaps you can give us an alternate email just in case.


An ASL Interpreter must be requested by Thursday, October 1st, 2026. Send an email to Betsy Basom at admin@mclasc.org to request this service. Only one session per time slot can be accommodated with an ASL interpreter.

Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

All requests for refunds must be made in writing (to admin@mclasc.org) no later than Thursday, October 1st, 2026. No refund requests will be accepted after this date. Refunds will be processed after the Jamboree and may be subject to a $15 processing fee. Refunds will be mailed to the address on the registration. Please allow 8 weeks for processing.


ASL Interpreters: An Interpreter must be requested by Thursday, October 1st, 2026. . Send an email to Betsy Basom at admin@mclasc.org to request this service. Only one session per time slot can be accommodated with an ASL interpreter.


RESPONSIBILITY FOR PAYMENT: If a PO or District Check is not received BEFORE the date of the Jamboree, the participant IS RESPONSIBLE for payment upon check-in at the event. The participant will be reimbursed once payment from the school/district is received. CLTA is not responsible if payment is mailed to an address other than the one listed below.


Purchase Orders must be emailed to registrar@clta.net by 5 pm the day before the Jamboree.
