Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

All requests for refunds must be made in writing to Mireille McNabb (mireillemcn@gmail.com) no later than Oct. 31, 2025. No refund requests will be accepted after this date. Refunds will be processed after the Event. Refund checks will be mailed to the address on the registration. Please allow 8 weeks for processing and will be subject to a $15 processing fee.


PLEASE NOTE: All PO's must be received by October 30, 2026. PO's will NOT be accepted on-site.

If your PO/District Check is not received BEFORE the date of the workshops, you ARE responsible for payment upon check-in at the event. You will be reimbursed once payment from your school/district is received. (CLTA is not responsible if your payment is mailed to an address other than the one listed below.)

Your registration gives permission for photos to be used in CLTA & FLASCC publications.

Payment Via Credit Card
PLEASE NOTE: Credit Card Transactions may NOT be processed after 5 pm on Friday, Nov. 6th.  Be prepared to show credit card receipt when you arrive.
