TKH Fellowships

What both fellowships share

Both fellowships are tuition-free 6-month programs that equip learners with the skills, training, and network to break into tech. Fellows get hands-on instruction, industry exposure, and access to a robust professional network, and both programs embed AI literacy, durable skills, and business fluency, so Fellows graduate with the technical and professional tools needed to succeed in today's evolving job market. Classes are held Monday through Thursday from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm EST, remotely, except for each program's weekly in-person day. Whether you are a curious problem-solver, a creative thinker, or just starting your tech journey, both fellowships help you grow into a confident, job-ready professional.

Innovation Fellowship

Fellows specialize in one of three in-demand tracks: Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or AI Business Solutions. Open to applicants able to travel to program locations in Atlanta, New York City, and Newark. Fellows in New York or in Newark must earn less than $60,000 per year. Fellows in Atlanta must earn less than $55,000 per year. The weekly in-person day will be confirmed closer to the program start date.

Technology Fellowship

Powered by Synchrony Skills Academy and based in Stamford, CT, the Technology Fellowship prepares Fellows for data analytics roles in a competitive tech industry. Open to Connecticut and surrounding tristate area applicants, who must earn less than $55,000 per year. The weekly in-person session is held on Thursdays in Stamford for all Fellows.

The 2027–28 fellowship will involve in-person commitments 1-2 times per week. Are you able to attend these required in-person engagements, including networking and industry events, TKH-hosted gatherings, and in-person class sessions throughout the fellowship?
