Join us for GCAPP’s 2026 Youth Advocacy Summit: Light Up Georgia, an interactive experience designed to empower young people to use their voices, build advocacy skills, and take action on the issues that matter most to them!

This year’s summit will bring together youth, parents/caregivers, youth leaders, and community voices for a day centered on advocacy, leadership, health and well-being, digital awareness, and youth-driven change.

Youth: Get ready to do more than just listen! You’ll participate in interactive sessions and activities designed to help you understand advocacy, strengthen your voice, connect with other young people, and learn how to turn the issues you care about into action. Youth will also have opportunities to share their perspectives and help shape conversations around issues affecting young people across Georgia.

Parents/Caregivers: Parents and caregivers are invited to join us for the opening portion of the summit, including a special session focused on AI, social media, data safety, and responsible technology use. After the joint opening session, the remainder of the summit will transition into a youth-focused experience.

Your voice has power. Come ready to connect, speak up, and help Light Up Georgia! 💡
