1. The party is strictly for Scotty Members only (0-25)
2. Whilst at the event the children are still the responsibility of their parent/carer and therefore the parent/carer must remain in the same building throughout the event.
3. If you are travelling with additional people they will NOT be allowed to attend the private event.
4. All families will need to have left the venue by 3pm on Saturday 5th December 2026.
5. Scotty's can only help towards the cost of travel if needed and only up to the value of £150 per family.
6. Families are responsible for looking after their own belongings. Their personal belongings will not be covered on Scotty’s' insurance. Scotty’s cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to their belongings.
7. Scotty’s can’t take responsibility or pay compensation for things beyond their control that destroy or cause damage. For example: fire, flood, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage.
8. Failure to abide by the terms and conditions will mean that the family may lose their rights to attend any Scotty's events in the future.
9. I understand that if we can no longer attend, we need to notify Scotty's asap.
