The Scotty's Little Soldiers Membership is for anyone under the age of 25 years, from any branch of the British Armed Forces (Regular or Reserves) who has been affected by a bereavement that has a military connection.  Scotty's Little Soldiers also  supports child and young people when someone within the military community is diagnosed with a terminal illness. 

If your child/ren are part of a military family where someone has been diagnosed with a terminal illness please feel free to complete this form and join the membership too so we can support where needed. 

By joining the Membership, families where someone is living with a terminal illness can have access to a dedicated case worker. 

• The case worker will regularly check in with your family (depending on what feels right for you). 
• Your child/ren will be sent care packages at different times of the year. 
• Your case worker will be able to offer you a listening ear, support, resources, guidance and help with any signposting or referrals you and your family may need. 
• Your family may also be able to access our developmental grants and respite breaks at a Scotty's Lodge (subject to availability and need)
