Early submission is encouraged.


Programme Cost: £840 plus VAT per person.

In-person training day: Wednesday 03 February 2027, Oxford


Action Learning Sets:  February - July 2027 (every third Thursday of the month), online, 2 hours per set

Please note: To apply for the Programme, you must be able to commit to attending both the in-person training day, and all of the Action Learning Sets on the above dates. Please confirm your availability below before proceeding with your application.

Your application

Eligibility The Trauma-Informed Team Management Programme is for managers who have line managerial responsibility to support teams who are working with people who have experienced trauma. You will:

  • manage a team of people who are working with people who have experienced trauma
  • have at least two years’ recent experience of implementing a trauma informed approach within an organisation
  • work within an organisation that is striving to become trauma informed

Trauma-Informed Practice and Approach

To take part in the Programme, it is important that you currently have an awareness and understanding of what a trauma-informed practice and approach entails, including awareness of the impact of trauma and experience of embedding the six core values in your practice.
