Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

All requests for refunds must be made in writing to Jennifer (treasurer@iefla.org) no later than October 11, 2026. No refund requests will be accepted after this date. Refunds will be processed after the Event. Refund checks will be mailed to the address on the registration. Please allow 8 weeks for processing and may be subject to a $15 processing fee.

PLEASE NOTE: All PO's must be received by Wednesday, October 14, 2026. PO's will NOT be accepted on-site.

If your PO/District Check is not received BEFORE the date of the workshops, you ARE responsible for payment before you are sent the link to join the webinar. You will be reimbursed once payment from your school/district is received. (CLTA is not responsible if your payment is mailed to an address other than the one listed below.)
