Welcome to CCST's AI Legislative Staff Academy!

The AI Academy will consist of seven sessions held on Wednesdays this Fall. The program will feature seminars and panel discussions that explore the technologies that make up modern artificial intelligence, including their capabilities, limitations, and real-world applications. In addition to the technical content, several sessions will focus on the broader opportunities, ethical considerations, and societal challenges associated with AI.

All sessions held 11am - 1pm in LOB 100. Lunch provided.

  • September 23: Physical AI and Robotics
  • October 7: AI and Law 
  • October 14: AI and Child Safety
  • October 21: AI and Labor 
  • November 4: AI and Education 
  • November 18: AI and Food Production
