SUBMISSION GUIDELINES 🖼

One visual submission and one written submission allowed per artist
Entire PwA community encouraged to submit (including CMs + TAs) 💗
Visual art or written work | physical or digital
Artwork from classes, workshops, art kits, or open studios 🎨
Created in Quarter 3, 2026 (July–Sept 2026)

Written work will be published in the next quarterly edition of the Path with Art Zine - shared for free at PwA's artHOME and online!

All submitted artwork will be displayed in our in-person and virtual gallery spaces, as long as it meets our Community Care & Respect guidelines (outlined below).

Community Care & Respect 🦋

Path with Art is committed to kindness, inclusion, openness, and transparency. We welcome artwork from all community members regardless of race, gender identity or expression, sex characteristics, sexuality, religion, ethnicity, nationality, physical or mental health, economic status, ability, or age.

To foster an equitable and inclusive gallery space:

We strive to exhibit all submitted works that meet eligibility and deadline guidelines.
Culturally insensitive items will not be accepted. This includes artwork that is racist, misogynistic, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, or discriminatory toward any religion or group.
Artwork not intended for family viewing (such as explicit or pornographic material) may be included, but must adhere to the above guidelines and be displayed appropriately so it is not in view of young children.
Artists are encouraged to use content warnings for works that could be triggering. Content warnings promote safety, respect, and autonomy for all viewers.

***For this exhibition, we'd like to try something new: if you dropped off your artwork for the exhibit, we ask that you (or someone on your behalf) pick it up on December 18, the day after the exhibition closes. If you shipped your artwork or had a Path with Art staff member pick it up, we will arrange its return for you. Please note that we can still hold your artwork if you are unable to pick it up on December 18. This request is simply intended to help us ensure artwork is returned promptly and efficiently - Thank you!
