Nonprofit Finance Fund and Social Innovation Forum invite you to join funders and nonprofit leaders from across Massachusetts to rethink the role of strategic financial management. We’ll explore essential considerations as we navigate a continuously and rapidly evolving sector, including: how we communicate more honestly and effectively, how we use financial data to inform key decisions, and how shifting norms towards collective action will strengthen both the sector and the communities we serve.
In this interactive session, participants will assess their current approaches and explore practical next steps for strengthening relationships between nonprofits and funders. The session will provide tangible recommendations while creating space to consider the larger systems and norms that shape these partnerships. Together, we will begin a conversation about what it will take to strengthen sector practices and achieve greater community impact throughout our region.
Who should attend:
Funders of all types, including individual supporters, corporate and institutional funders, and family foundations
Nonprofit leaders, including executive directors, senior leaders, and board members
This program is jointly hosted by Nonprofit Finance Fund and Social Innovation Forum, and generously supported by Barr Foundation.
