Thank you for your interest in becoming a Mother’s Choice charity runner. As charity runner places are limited, we’ll allocate places based on the information provided and applicants’ fundraising targets. We’ll contact everyone who has submitted this form by the end of September. Submitting this form does not guarantee a race place.

感謝您有興趣成為「母親的抉擇」慈善跑手。由於慈善跑手名額有限，我們將綜合考慮有興趣人士提交的資料及籌款意向分配名額。我們將於9月底聯絡已提交表格的人士。提交此表格不代表獲分配參賽名額。

All Mother's Choice charity runners are required to meet the following minimum fundraising challenge we have set:  
所有「母親的抉擇」慈善跑手須達到以下由我們訂立的最低籌款挑戰目標：
  • Marathon: HK$6,000 全馬拉松：港幣$6,000
  • Half Marathon: HK$4,500 半馬拉松：港幣$4,500
  • 10km: HK$3,000 十公里：港幣$3,000
Funds raised will support Mother’s Choice services for vulnerable children, girls and families, helping us work towards our vision of every child in a loving family. 

籌得善款將用於支持「母親的抉擇」的服務，支援弱勢孩子、少女及家庭，讓每個孩子都擁有一個關愛的家。
