Educating for a Climate Changed Future
This webinar will focus on a systems-level examination of how schooling and climate change shape one another. Drawing on insights from their recent book, Educating for a Climate Changed Future, Prof. Fernando Reimers (Harvard University) and Margaret Wang-Aghania (co-founder of SubjectToClimate) will explore how climate hazards disrupt learning, how education systems respond through curriculum and infrastructure, and why many systems remain stuck in "low climate learning traps." This call aims to provide educators with actionable insights to advance climate education and leadership in their contexts.

This opportunity will be held in English. If you need live interpretation of the experience and/or translation of materials in additional languages to support your engagement, please indicate this via the registration/application form. We welcome all requests and will work to provide appropriate language support measures. However, please understand that we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

This webinar will take place on September 29th at 2:00pm GMT.
