Fleet Operator - Abstract Submission Form

CTE is accepting abstracts from bus and shuttle fleets to share practical learnings from their ZEB experiences. In general, speaking positions will include 5-10 minutes of individual presentation time followed by a shared panel discussion with the session's other presenters. Abstracts due by April 1, 2027.

Commercial suppliers and other deployment partners may collaborate with a fleet operator on an abstract submission, provided the fleet representative serves as the primary presenter.

This year's ZEB Con will feature three parallel tracks. Each track will cover topics that align on ZEB deployment maturity level. For example, the "Initial Deployment" track will include topics such as developing your first ZEB specification, while the "Full Scale Deployment" track will include topics such as designing depot charging for 100+ buses.
