Greener Futures Fall Program Application

Apply for the Greener Futures Fall Program, a paid youth employment and skills-training program for youth ages 14–17. The fall session runs September 29–December 17, with regular programming Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30–6:30pm, plus select additional project days.

Please note: Space is limited, and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Applications will be reviewed for eligibility.

Parents/guardians: Please have the youth applicant complete the application questions themselves. The youth participant should be the person providing responses and consenting to apply for the program.

Thank you for expressing interest in the Greener Futures program and taking the time to complete our initial screening questions. Unfortunately, based on your responses, it appears that you do not meet the eligibility criteria for this particular program.

In consideration of my (and/or my child's) participation in this activity, I hereby release and discharge Sabathani Community Center, and its representatives, successors, and assigns, from any and all liability arising from accident, injury, and illness that I (he/she/they) may suffer as a result of my (our) participation in this activity.

I grant the Sabathani Community Center (SCC) and anyone authorized by SCC to use my and/or my child's photographic images, video and audio with or without my and/or my child's name in SCC promotional materials.
