Since receiving your Euodias scholarship, what have you learned or experienced that has changed the way you approach your education, professional aspirations, or future? Share a specific example of how you have applied that learning and how additional scholarship support would help you take your next step.? (250-500 words)

Euodias Parker was an accomplished program administrator, entrepreneur, and public school teacher. For 32 years, she taught health and science in the Baltimore City School system. For many of those years, she taught at Dunbar High School where she founded and directed their highly successful Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) program. She co-founded the Parker Funeral Home in Baltimore, created and directed a thriving summer camp for hundreds of children, and provided tax-income services for a broad range of clientele. She held a M.S. degree in Administration and Supervision from Coppin State College, a Masters of Science degree in Economics from the Johns Hopkins University and a degree in Mortuary Science from Catonsville Community College. Based on your understanding of her impact in Baltimore, why do you think that you should receive this special award that carries her legacy? (250-500 words)
