MegaFlash Models is seeking 5 hair models for a professional beauty company's final stop of its 2026 hair education tour in Dallas, Texas.

🎨 THE LOOK

Seeking a diverse mix of hair lengths, textures, and ethnicities. Models must be open to a haircut and/or color service.

Creative direction includes:

  • Blondes
  • Brunettes
  • Reds
  • Coppers
  • Potentially a vivid color look

Changes may be subtle or more transformative, depending on the individual look. Please clearly indicate which haircut and color changes you are comfortable with when applying.

💰 MODEL RATE

$1,000 for the event day.

You keep 100% of your listed rate. No deductions.

You keep the full stated model rate. Agency fees are paid separately by the client and are not deducted from your pay.

8:00 AM–7:00 PM

Models must be available for the full schedule.

Models based elsewhere in Texas may also apply. A travel stipend can be provided; details to be confirmed.

📌 MODEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Seeking 5 models across diverse ethnicities, hair lengths, and textures.
  • Must be open to a haircut and/or color service.
  • Must accurately show your current hair and disclose relevant color/service history.
  • Must be available for the entire event day.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

👗 WARDROBE & MAKEUP

📸 USAGE

Private event. No imagery will be used in print. Content may be captured for social media, including stories and event recaps.

📝 HOW TO APPLY

Complete the casting application and eAgreement. Include current photos clearly showing your hair, your location, hair history, and the haircut/color changes you are open to.

MegaFlash Models Casting Application Terms

These terms apply only to this application to this casting, submitted on or after the effective date on a form showing this version. They do not apply to any other casting. You accept them only by checking the agreement box below. Registering in the MegaFlash Models database does not accept these terms, and accepting these terms does not book you; a booking is confirmed only by a separate booking confirmation that I accept.

Permission for this casting only
• By applying here I give MegaFlash Models permission to submit me for this casting only.
• Any future or follow-up booking, with this client or anyone else, is agreed separately and is not part of this application.

Rate and payment
• Model rate: as stated in the casting notice above. Any agency fee is paid separately by the client. No MegaFlash Models fee is ever deducted from my pay.
• If I am booked, the payment terms for that booking, including when I will be paid, are stated in the booking confirmation for that booking.
• If I am booked, I agree to complete the booking paperwork MegaFlash Models sends me, including a W-9 (or the tax form that applies to me) before payment is issued.
• My representation status, or any change to it, does not delay or reduce any payment owed to me for a booking.

Representation and other submissions
• I have disclosed in the questions above any agency or manager who represents me, and whether anyone else has submitted me, or will submit me, for this casting.
• MegaFlash Models reviews my answers for possible conflicts before submitting me to the client and may contact me to resolve them. My answers do not by themselves disqualify me.

Work authorization, including O-1 arrangements
• Before any booking is confirmed, I must be authorized to perform the specific services for that booking's dates and location. Applying does not require me to be cleared already. If my authorization depends on a particular employer, petitioning agent or other conditions, I will disclose that an authorization review is needed.
• If I answer No or Not sure to the general work-authorization question, or Yes or Unsure to the conditional-authorization (O-1) question, my application is flagged for pre-booking review. No answer by itself establishes clearance. MegaFlash Models will not confirm a flagged booking until the applicable requirements have been reviewed and documented, with qualified immigration counsel where necessary.
• Submitting an application does not make MegaFlash Models my immigration petitioner or sponsor, change my immigration status, or authorize employment. Agency permission and payment routing do not, by themselves, establish work authorization.

Hair services
• I have indicated above the haircut and color changes I am open to. Any haircut, color or chemical service is performed only as specifically agreed with me for the booking, and is confirmed before I am booked.

Use of my application
• My answers and the photos I upload are used to consider me for this casting and may be shared with the client for this casting only.
• Images from the job itself are covered only by the booking confirmation and any project-specific release I sign if booked.

Records
• When I submit, MegaFlash Models and its form provider record my answers, uploaded files, the version of these terms, the time of submission, and technical submission data, including the IP address used.
• Casting-application records are kept for 18 calendar months from submission. This period may be extended, with a documented reason, where a legal hold, dispute or legal requirement applies. See the Privacy Policy.
• Withdrawing your application does not delete its original record. To withdraw before booking confirmation, email winston@megaflashmodels.com with your name and this casting's title.

Other
• Cancellation or changes to a booking, if any, are covered only by the booking confirmation for that booking.
• Registering in the MegaFlash Models database is optional for this application and is a separate step with its own terms: https://www.tfaforms.com/329292
• If I move or change my address, I will email winston@megaflashmodels.com with the subject line "Change of Address".
• MegaFlash Models may publish a new version of these terms for future applications. A new version does not change the version I accepted with this application.
