Thank you for agreeing to wear-test Good Feet’s footwear samples. Please complete this super brief survey within a few minutes of first trying on each of the footwear samples.

 

For context, these questions are specifically focused on the footwear “try-on” experience as if you were a customer in The Good Feet Store. (Note: you will receive a second footwear survey after you’ve had the footwear for a week.)

 

As a reminder, please make sure that you have Good Feet Arch Supports and Good Feet cushions in the footwear that you are testing. And please make sure that you test the shoes with different types of Good Feet Arch Supports and Good Feet cushions.
