Non-Disclosure Agreement LEGO® Education I hereby acknowledge towards LEGO System A/S, LEGO Education that all pieces of information, whether submitted orally or in writing, documents, drawings and any other kind of material (hereinafter referred to as "Information") which I receive during the test and interview sessions for LEGO System A/S, LEGO Education shall be treated strictly confidentially, and that all such Information shall always be kept in a satisfactory way and shall not in any circumstances be revealed to any third party. Furthermore, the undersigned declare that all such Information shall only be used in connection with the co-operation with LEGO System A/S, LEGO Education and shall in no circumstances be copied or reproduced in any way without the prior written consent of LEGO System A/S, LEGO Education. The undersigned hereby furthermore declare that I will never use the Information as mentioned above for any commercial purposes. The undersigned accept that all such Information remains the property of LEGO System A/S, LEGO Education and therefore, at LEGO's option, either has to be returned to LEGO after the termination of the co-operation or has to be destroyed. The undersigned also accept that notes, screenshots, voice-recordings, photos, or other sources of information reported during the test-sessions are kept, in anonymous form in a closed protected environment in accordance with GDPR and not to be shared with any 3rd party.
