Budget Update

This report requires a detailed budget reconciliation. To create it, please use the budget and actuals you submitted with your interim report. Add two columns to that spreadsheet: one for the actual cost of each line item in your budget. The second column is where you will explain the variance from your budget for each item where the actual is different from your budget. If there are additional expenses for which you have used your funding, please add a line for each item, insert the actual cost, and in the variance column, explain why you needed this item funded. Once you have completed these columns, please total the Actual expenditure column to your budget reconciliation, save it, and upload it here.
