For individuals with neuroendocrine cancer who may be at risk of a carcinoid crisis. Only one card can be requested per person.

At Risk of Bowel Obstruction – Alert Card
For individuals with neuroendocrine cancer who may be at risk of a bowel obstruction. This card is intended for use in medical or emergency settings. Only one card can be requested per person.

Urgent Toilet Access Required Card
For individuals with urgent toilet needs related to their cancer. Only one card can be requested per person.

Insulinoma Alert Card
For individuals at risk of hypoglycaemia due to insulinoma. Only one card can be requested per person.

Neuroendocrine Cancer Awareness Cards - For distribution to GPs and local healthcare centres. Please state the quantity required:
