Summer Saturdays at Bearspaw is hosted Saturdays May 25 – September 28, 2024, 10:00AM-3:00 PM

Location: Bearspaw Lifestyle Centre, 253220 Bearspaw Road, Calgary, AB T3L 2P5 The Bearspaw Summer Saturda's Market is an outdoor market (no indoor booths). Vendors are expected to attend the market rain or shine and refunds for inclement weather will not be issued. Please come prepared.

Vendors who book and pay for 4 Summer Saturday's will have first rights to apply and be accepted into the Fall Harvest and European Christmas Village Market.

Vendors are required to supply all their own equipment. Tents must be weighted with a minimum of 30 lb. per corner.

I have read the "Vendor Information, Rules & Market Policies" located on the website www.bearspawlc.org on the "Markets" Page
and if selected as a vendor for any Bearspaw Communtiy Association Market or Event, I agree to abide by those rules and policies as well as any penalties or booth cancellations that may arise from failure to follow those rules and policies.

I agree that as a vendor of any Bearspaw Community Association Market or Event, that I am required to obtain and provide evidence of general liability insurance in the amount not less than $1,000,000 prior to any Markets or Events.

I hereby waive and release the Bearspaw Community Association, it's Board of Directors, staff, organizing committee, volunteers, and other related parties from any liability or loss related to injury, loss of property, damage to property or loss of revenue associated with activities participated in this event. The Bearspaw Community Associaiton is not responsible for damages or inconvenience.
