Please note that you will be required to present supporting documentation when instructed to receive a Final Approval for the loan. This loan application  and any supporting documents presented will for the purpose of the loan and will expire 60 days after submission.

Please note: to be prepared with the following documents if your application is approved to move forward to the next phase:
  • Your most recent pay stubs from employment, public assistance
  • Proof of income for at least one (1) full calendar month prior to date of the application. 
  • Bank statements in your name and with your current address covering the 90-day period prior to submission of the application. If applying for a Business Credit Building Loan, please submit business bank statements as well. (If applies)
  • Copy of Driver's License or another form of government-issued photo ID (document must not be expired)
  • Proof of residency: (1) piece of mail in your name with a DC address dated no later than 30 days prior to the date of application.
  • A voided check from your bank account for ACH payments.
