The FUTURO Program is a college readiness initiative under the Latin American Legal Defense and Education Fund. It is free of charge. Below are the student requirements:
    • You (the student) must currently be a Sophomore / 10th Grade student
    • You must reside within Mercer County 
    • Have a an average of 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale)
    • Be 1st or 2nd-generation immigrant student
    • Have the desire to attend college or university
Additional information about FUTURO 

Please note, FUTURO students make a two-year commitment to the program. This includes weekly after-school sessions and some Saturday events. The program is geared towards college preparation and upward mobility. 

Prospective students have the option to choose from the two available cohort locations: 
Trenton or Princeton.

    • We suggest you complete the form first and then print it before requesting your files at the counseling office.

If selected, we will proceed to the second part of the process, which is an in-person interview with you and a parent / legal guardian.
Students and  the parent/legal guarding will be contacted by the FUTURO Program Coordinator to schedule an interview.
