Combined annual household income for anyone 18 years of age and older. Use gross income for W2 employed persons (including commissions and bonuses) and use net income for self-employed. Income limits vary based on geographic area where you are looking to purchase a home. Click here to view our area income limits. To qualify for our lowest priced home, Elevation CLT recommends a household income of at least $40,000.


Mortgage lenders require/prefer applicants to provide evidence of a minimum of 2 years of employment in the same profession to qualify you for a mortgage loan.


A minimum of $3,000 in savings is required to be available in a savings account at the time of application, and the availability of these funds will then be verified at the time of loan application and again prior to closing. This $3,000 requirement does not include funds that will be required by your lender for down payment and closing costs, which may vary from an additional $4,500 up to $9,000 or more (estimate only). Down payment assistance and/or a one-time gift may be used to help cover down payment and loan closing costs. As an ECLT applicant, you will have 60 days to complete and submit your application online. If after that time you haven't finished and submitted it,  you will be automatically withdrawn from our system; the application fee is not refundable. You are welcome to reapply if you wish, but you will be required to pay an additional $25 application fee as this is considered a new application. If you are experiencing technical issues, please contact us immediately before starting a new application.

Our application fee is a $25 Non-Refundable Fee that is required to be paid before you begin the application. We recommend you review the following resources before paying the application fee. Once you pay the application fee, you will not be refunded the $25 application fee regardless of application completion status or qualification status. We cannot confirm eligibility until you complete the full application.
