How to complete this Questionnaire
The six units of the Working with Trauma Quality Mark have a set of corresponding questions below. We recommend you complete the Questionnaire together with other people in your team. Please answer yes or no to each question and once completed we will contact you to discuss your Application and Questionnaire responses.

Trauma-informed approach and practice                                                                                         At Silver level, organisations and services will have embedded and implemented a trauma-informed approach and practice for at least the past three years or more. This will included embedding and implementing: 
i) the six core values of safety, trust, collaboration, choice, empowerment, and cultural consideration
ii) an understanding of trauma and its impact, so it is both recognised and responded to, together with an active reduction in the possibility of re-traumatisation
iii) a relational and a person-centred approach
iv) a culturally-responsive and gender-responsive approach.
