The Bay Area Science Festival is held on Saturday, October 17th, 2026, 11am - 4pm on the Mission Bay Campus. Besides hands-on science activity booths around Koret Quad and Gene Friend Way, we are hoping to offer lab tours, talks and other events to engage the public with STEM. The location of your event should be on the UCSF Mission Bay Campus or located within a 5 - 10 minute walk.

Time Stage Events
The Bay Area Science Festival is being held on Saturday, October 17th from 11am - 4pm. Please select a preferred time for your event within that time frame. We will try to accommodate your preferred event time but might need to shift to fit your event into the overall schedule.



Event Time Tours 
The Bay Area Science Festival is being held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11am - 4pm. Tours will either start at 12:30pm or at 2:20pm. 



Event Location
All BASF tours and events will be held on or around the UCSF Mission Bay Campus. BASF has the Sandler Auditorium reserved for talks for the day and anticipates many events being placed there. Additional space can be arranged depending on your event location needs.
