PRE-REQUISITES
FOR FEA CERTIFICATION
1.
Has a core discipline of practice
which is relevant or of value to advising families
2.
Has at minimum an undergraduate
degree, professional designation or the equivalent
3.
Has attended each module and
completed all requirements of the FEA Program
4.
Has completed the Application for FEA Certification form which
includes a professional and criminal background disclosure and confidentiality
agreement
5.
Is committed to the field of Family
Enterprise and the high ethical standards critical to earning and maintaining
trust in the family enterprise advising profession and AND can substantiate
this commitment through references and a one-on-one interview with a FEA
adjudicator
6.
Within 18 months of completing the
FEA course work, has demonstrated, through a rigorous examination process, that
they understand the content and critical teachings of the FEA Program AND can
apply the theoretical learning to practice live cases
