Unfortunately, BridgeYear's Career Cohorts are only open to individuals graduating in Spring 2026.

Career Cohort Agreements

1) This program is a drug-free and substance-free environment. Participation requires that all students remain free of illegal drugs, alcohol, and other prohibited substances at all times. This policy aligns with training expectations and future workplace requirements, ensuring that students are prepared to meet employer standards and maintain a safe, professional learning environment

2) Students pursuing the Automotive Apprenticeship must hold a valid driver’s permit by April 2026 and a license by July 2026 in order to participate. This is a requirement set by our dealership partners and ensures that students are prepared for the responsibilities of training and future employment in the automotive field.
