Scotty Members are:

Children and young people aged 0-25 from UK military families who have had a member of their direct family die or be diagnosed with a terminal illness. 

• You are a military family whether the person in your family is a Veteran or still serving. 
• From any branch of the Armed Forces (RAF, Navy, Army etc) or reserves. 
• If it is the serving person who died or is ill it does not need to be attributed to service. 
• Direct family usually means a parent or sibling.

We know families come in all shapes and sizes and can sometimes be complicated. Parents and siblings may be

• Biological
• Adopted
• Step (regardless of marital status)
• Estranged
• Living with the child or not. 
• Defacto e.g. if someone has taken that role/responsibility like an uncle or aunt etc. 

Whatever their story, they are welcome at Scotty’s.
