Please provide information pertaining to your private music study:





MYAC takes photos, videos and images for our website, flyers and brochures to publicize, market and recruit.  Please indicate whether you give us permission to photograph your student during the 2026 Summer Season and waive your right to inspect and/or approve the finished product or the use to which it may be applied. 



All financial aid applications must be received by June 1, 2026. Here is a link to the form. Please send supporting materials to: jeanmilew@mya.org.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Once you have verified that all the above information is complete and accurate, please click the submit button below, which will submit registration and enact payment of the $100.00 deposit. Alumni registering for Evening Jazz Ensemble or Evening Orchestra do not pay a registration fee. You will receive a separate confirmation email to confirm registration. More specific program information will be sent prior to the start of each program.
