Your feedback helps us understand the real experiences of Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent audiences, artists and professionals. We use this information to: 
  • Inform our resources and guidance for audiences, artists and industry professionals. 
  • Support our campaigns for change across the live events sector. 
  • Highlight areas where better practice is needed. 
We’re unable to advocate for individual cases or contact venues and festivals outside our Charter Member network.  
  • For help with self‑advocacy or making adjustment requests, visit our Resources.  
  • To share feedback (positive or negative) about a venue or festival signed up to our Live Events Access Charter, please use the Charter Member Feedback form instead.

How We Will Use Your Data

  2. Storage and Security: Your personal data will be stored securely and accessed only by the Attitude is Everything team. We will implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We will not pass on your personal details to any venues or organisations unless you have requested it, as outlined above.
  3. Retention Period: Your data will be retained on FormAssembly only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of collecting feedback and reporting. After this period, all identifiable data will be securely deleted from the FormAssembly platform.
