Join us for a hands-on fermentation workshop demystifying lacto-fermentation. After years of traveling to 50+ farms across the country, Allie brings her knowledge of growing and fermenting food into delicious creations to our workshop series! We’ll explore traditional techniques for crafting probiotic-rich ferments using seasonal produce. Come ready to taste something alive and take home the skills (and confidence) to keep the culture growing!

Workshop tickets are transferable. If you can’t attend, please try to pass your ticket to someone else.
