Site Accessibility
Site Map & Photos
Please upload a site map and/or photos of this location below.
(Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG. You may upload multiple files by selecting "add another response".)

A hand-drawn map is fine - we just need to understand the layout of the site, including sleeping areas, toilets, activity areas, and emergency access points.

Site Evacuation Plan
A site evacuation plan is about getting everyone safely away from an immediate hazard at this specific location - the "what do we do right now" plan. Eg. kitchen fire

If a situation is serious enough that you can't stay anywhere on site, or the ministry needs to change or stop altogether, that's covered on the Emergency Planning page. Eg. bushfire
All commercial and community venues should have an existing evacuation plan.

Eg. Beach - Signal for all participants and team members to gather (whistle), move as a group to assembly point (Beach entrance sign) and do headcount. Note: for large sites (eg. caravan park) you may have a "local assembly point" at your ministry location (eg. outside main tent), before moving to a "final assembly point" (eg. car park))

Roles & Responsibilites
In the event of an emergency, the team member who first identifies the emergency is responsible for ensuring emergency services are notified (000).
