Package Information

We are looking forward to having world language elementary, secondary, and postsecondary educators from all over California. Please refer to the Conference Exhibit Booths, Sponsorship, and Advertising document for a complete list of opportunities available & costs during the 2026 Conference in Sacramento. The Exhibit dates are February 27-28. The booths will be set up Thursday morning, February 26th. You & your colleagues should be able to start setting up your booth by 1:00 pm

No refunds will be made unless written notice of cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to the first day of the conference. A nonrefundable $25 processing fee will be assessed
When this form is submitted and payment is received, this form becomes a contractual agreement for exhibit space at the CLTA 2027 Conference at the Doubletree Ontario Airport & Ontario Convention Center
