After School Program Volunteer (Opportunity 1 of 2)
Make a difference by being a positive role model for students in grades K-12 during CAN's After School Program.
CAN operates After School Programs at six community centers across Washtenaw County, each serving a unique neighborhood. To learn more about each site and the communities we serve, visit our website and select Locations from the navigation menu.
Volunteers build supportive relationships with children, assist with educational activities, provide homework support, and encourage social-emotional growth. Training and ongoing support are provided.

-
Volunteer 2-3 hours each week on a consistent schedule for one semester or longer.
-
Programs run Monday-Thursday during the Fall and Winter semesters, typically between 3:30-6:00 p.m. (times vary by site).
