MegaFlash Models is casting six remaining paid hair-model roles for multiple professional beauty clients appearing at Premiere San Antonio.

Each model only needs to submit one application and may be considered for any role matching their current hair and the services they are willing to receive.

Final placement depends on client selection, hair suitability and the model’s willingness to receive the requested services.

🔴 CLIENT #1 — AFRO-TEXTURED BRIGHT BLONDE MODEL

📅 REQUIRED DATES AND TIMES

Saturday, August 29 — Preparation, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Sunday, August 30 — Show, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

Model must be available both dates.

💵 COMPENSATION

💰 Total Model Rate: $1,300

The client’s 20% agency fee is separate. MegaFlash Models does not deduct commission from the model’s stated rate.

🚗 TRAVEL AND LODGING

No lodging or hotel is provided
Flights, airfare and travel expenses are not provided or reimbursed
The selected model is responsible for travel, accommodations and local transportation
Models who can work as San Antonio locals are strongly preferred

✅ REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 5'8"
Afro-textured, naturally curly or highly textured hair
Mid-to-long hair
Any natural hair level may apply
No permanent hair color
Must be open to a combination of bright blonde tones
Must be comfortable with professional coloring and styling
Must be comfortable appearing onstage and in backstage content

⚠️ No permanent hair color is a technical requirement—not a preference. Please report your color history accurately.

📸 CONTENT USAGE

There will not be a dedicated photo shoot. However, photographs and videos may be captured during preparation, backstage and onstage.

Content may be used for:

Social media by the artistic teams and brand
Promotion of future educational programs
Product-related promotion connected to the event
Three years of promotional usage from the event date
Perpetual brand-retrospective and historical archival usage

REDKEN Cleint#1) MODEL #3 — BRIGHT BLONDE TONES

💵 COMPENSATION

💰 Total Model Rate: $800 per model
Equivalent to $400 per required day

The client’s 20% agency fee is separate. MegaFlash Models does not deduct commission from the model’s stated rate.

Exact required dates and call times are being confirmed.

💇 MODEL #1 — BLONDE

Blonde or light-haired model
Must be open to professional hair-color services
Current hair condition and complete color history must be provided through the application

💇 MODEL #2 — MOCHA TRANSFORMATION

Must be open to achieving a rich mocha hair-color result
Hair must be suitable for the requested service
Must be genuinely open to professional color work
Complete color history must be provided through the application

Lodging has not been confirmed. Models who can work as San Antonio locals are encouraged to apply.

🟣 CLIENT #3 — TRANSFORMATION HAIR MODELS

Models must be fully available across all three dates
The exact starting time on August 29 and ending time on August 31 are being confirmed

💵 COMPENSATION

💰 Total Model Rate: $2,500 per model

The client’s 20% agency fee is separate. MegaFlash Models does not deduct commission from the model’s stated rate.

💇 MODEL #1 — SHAG HAIRCUT

Seeking a model suitable for a professional shag haircut
Must be genuinely willing to receive a visible haircut and transformation
Hair must have sufficient length, density and movement for the intended look

💇 MODEL #2 — LONG RED HAIR

Naturally red or currently red hair
Long, preferably thicker hair
Must be open to professional cutting, coloring and styling
Complete color history must be disclosed through the application

💇 MODEL #3 — DARK HAIR TO BOB WITH FRINGE

Longer dark hair
Must be fully willing to receive a bob haircut with fringe/bangs
This is a significant, real haircut—not temporary styling
Must be comfortable with professional cutting, coloring and stage styling

⚠️ CHANGES TO THE eAGREEMENT TERMS

MEGAFLASH MODELS Casting / eAgreement

By submitting to this casting form, I agree to sign in on all required paperwork with MegaFlash Models (MFM). If booked, I understand I will be paid within 14 to 30 days from the last job date, or sooner whenever possible.

Representation & Future Bookings
• If I am booked through MegaFlash Models for this client, I agree that MegaFlash Models will remain my representative for this client for any related or follow-up bookings (e.g., if the client books me for additional shows in other cities).
• I will notify MegaFlash Models promptly if I am booked, and I understand a W9 must be provided before payment is issued.

Casting Exclusivity
• If I submit myself to this casting through MegaFlash Models — even if I originally heard about it through another agent, agency, or posting — I agree that MegaFlash Models will be my representative for this event.
• Double submissions (applying through multiple agencies for the same event) are not permitted, and both MegaFlash Models and the client should know your agency preference clearly at the time of submission.

Switching Representation During Casting
• Once I have submitted myself for this event with MegaFlash Models, I agree not to switch to another agency or accept representation from another agency for this client during this casting or job.
• Doing so may result in delayed payment and removal from future casting consideration with MegaFlash Models.

Compensation
• I agree to be paid by MegaFlash Models based on the rate and terms stated in the casting notice.
• All recruiting fees are covered by the client. There are no fees deducted from my pay unless otherwise specified in writing.
• MegaFlash Models will not deduct additional fees from the rates shown on our casting notices. What you see is what you get.
• We can’t speak for other agencies or their policies, but we believe MegaFlash Models offers models and clients the best options — with fast payment timelines and no extra fees or hidden deductions from model pay.

Additional Terms

• Our rates are flat rates as shown in the casting notice. No additional deductions come from the rates shown on our casting notices. No need to do any fuzzy math — what you see is what you get.
• Payment terms and conditions may vary by casting but are always stated clearly on the casting notice.
• If I have not yet submitted a model application with MegaFlash Models, I agree to do so by visiting: https://www.tfaforms.com/329292.
• If I move or have a change of address, I must notify winston@megaflashmodels.com with the subject line: Change of Address.
• If I plan on spending time in another location, I will notify MegaFlash Models so I can be added to the appropriate roster.
