MegaFlash Models is seeking hair models for a professional Bumble and bumble hair event in Palm Springs, California.
Models must be completely available for all three required dates and hours.

💸 RATE INFORMATION
✨ $2,000 Total Model Rate
✨ 20% Agency Fee Paid by Client — NOT deducted from model pay
The stated model rate belongs entirely to the model. MegaFlash Models does not deduct an agency commission from the model’s rate.
🚨 TRAVEL AND LODGING
Travel and lodging are not provided.
Models must be local to the Palm Springs area or able to work as local and cover their own transportation and accommodations.

✂️ MODEL 1 — PROGRESSIVE PIXIE

Seeking a model who can lean androgynous with a genderless, alternative-inspired look.
Hair requirements:
• Fine-to-thick density
• Wavy-to-curly pattern
• Soft-to-medium natural texture
• Hair should not be overly puffy or airy
• Must be open to a progressive pixie haircut
• Must be comfortable with razor-cutting techniques
• Finished look will feature soft edges, versatile texture and an early-2000s influence

〰️ MODEL 2 — TRANSFORMING TEXTURE

Seeking a model with natural texture who is open to a transformative and versatile haircut inspired by a modern 1970s shag.
Hair requirements:
• Medium-to-long hair
• Medium-to-thick density
• Wavy-to-curly pattern
• All natural textures considered
• Must be open to a noticeable haircut and transformation
• Hair will be shaped to enhance its natural texture, movement and volume
• Finished cut must be able to transform into multiple looks through styling

🖤 MODEL 3 — HIME HAIRCUT

Seeking a model with very dark brown or jet-black hair and an alternative, edgy look.
Hair requirements:
• Long hair
• Very dark brown or jet-black color
• Ideally starting with a long wolf cut or traditional long layers
• Must be open to a Hime haircut transformation
• Must be open to strong bangs and sharply defined face-framing sections
• Finished look will combine airy texture with bold, hard lines
• Alternative “alt girl” aesthetic preferred

✂️ MODEL 4 — CREATIVE HAIRCUT WITH PHILIP WOLFF

Seeking a model open to a creative, fashion-forward haircut inspired by the reference images.
Haircut options include:
• A soft, textured shag with bangs and face-framing layers
• A bold, heavily layered wolf cut with volume and feathered movement
• An edgy, punk-inspired mullet with shorter sides and longer length through the back
• Must be open to a noticeable haircut transformation, including shorter layers and fringe
• Please indicate which reference look you are comfortable being considered for and any haircut limitations

⚠️ CHANGES TO THE eAGREEMENT TERMS

MEGAFLASH MODELS Casting / eAgreement

By submitting to this casting form, I agree to sign in on all required paperwork with MegaFlash Models (MFM). If booked, I understand I will be paid within 14 to 30 days from the last job date, or sooner whenever possible.

Representation & Future Bookings
• If I am booked through MegaFlash Models for this client, I agree that MegaFlash Models will remain my representative for this client for any related or follow-up bookings (e.g., if the client books me for additional shows in other cities).
• I will notify MegaFlash Models promptly if I am booked, and I understand a W9 must be provided before payment is issued.

Casting Exclusivity
• If I submit myself to this casting through MegaFlash Models — even if I originally heard about it through another agent, agency, or posting — I agree that MegaFlash Models will be my representative for this event.
• Double submissions (applying through multiple agencies for the same event) are not permitted, and both MegaFlash Models and the client should know your agency preference clearly at the time of submission.

Switching Representation During Casting
• Once I have submitted myself for this event with MegaFlash Models, I agree not to switch to another agency or accept representation from another agency for this client during this casting or job.
• Doing so may result in delayed payment and removal from future casting consideration with MegaFlash Models.

Compensation
• I agree to be paid by MegaFlash Models based on the rate and terms stated in the casting notice.
• All recruiting fees are covered by the client. There are no fees deducted from my pay unless otherwise specified in writing.
• MegaFlash Models will not deduct additional fees from the rates shown on our casting notices. What you see is what you get.
• We can’t speak for other agencies or their policies, but we believe MegaFlash Models offers models and clients the best options — with fast payment timelines and no extra fees or hidden deductions from model pay.

Additional Terms

• Our rates are flat rates as shown in the casting notice. No additional deductions come from the rates shown on our casting notices. No need to do any fuzzy math — what you see is what you get.
• Payment terms and conditions may vary by casting but are always stated clearly on the casting notice.

• If I move or have a change of address, I must notify winston@megaflashmodels.com with the subject line: Change of Address.
