MegaFlash Models is seeking two female hair models for a professional digital hair master class taking place in New York City.

Models must be completely available for both required dates and times.

💸 RATE INFORMATION

✨ $1,200 Model Rate

✨ 20% Agency Fee Paid by Client — NOT deducted from model pay

📍 LOCATION

New York, New York

Local NYC-area models are strongly preferred.

✨ MODEL 1 — RICH BRUNETTE

• Height: 5'7" or taller
• Straight or wavy hair
• Hair must extend past the shoulders
• Natural level 6 or darker
• Virgin hair preferred
• Previous light glosses or minimal highlights are acceptable
• No heavy, full highlights within the last three years
• Must be open to a natural, lived-in rich brunette result

✨ MODEL 2 — DIMENSIONAL HONEY BRUNETTE/BRONDE

• Height: 5'7" or taller
• Straight or wavy hair
• Hair must be past the shoulders or longer
• Naturally level 5–7
• No permanent hair color
• Previous highlights are acceptable, especially level 8–9
• Must currently have blonde or grown-out highlights
• Must be open to transitioning from lighter hair to a darker, dimensional honey brunette or bronde result

🌎 DIVERSITY

Models of different ethnicities are encouraged to submit.

📸 CONTENT USAGE

There will not be a dedicated photo shoot; however, backstage and onstage photos and videos will be captured.

Content may be used by the brand and participating teams for:

• Social media
• Promotion of future educational events
• Product-related content
• Event recaps and historical brand retrospectives

Standard promotional usage is three years from the event date. Historical brand-retrospective usage is perpetual.

⚠️ CHANGES TO THE eAGREEMENT TERMS

MEGAFLASH MODELS Casting / eAgreement

By submitting to this casting form, I agree to sign in on all required paperwork with MegaFlash Models (MFM). If booked, I understand I will be paid within 14 to 30 days from the last job date, or sooner whenever possible.

Representation & Future Bookings
• If I am booked through MegaFlash Models for this client, I agree that MegaFlash Models will remain my representative for this client for any related or follow-up bookings (e.g., if the client books me for additional shows in other cities).
• I will notify MegaFlash Models promptly if I am booked, and I understand a W9 must be provided before payment is issued.

Casting Exclusivity
• If I submit myself to this casting through MegaFlash Models — even if I originally heard about it through another agent, agency, or posting — I agree that MegaFlash Models will be my representative for this event.
• Double submissions (applying through multiple agencies for the same event) are not permitted, and both MegaFlash Models and the client should know your agency preference clearly at the time of submission.

Switching Representation During Casting
• Once I have submitted myself for this event with MegaFlash Models, I agree not to switch to another agency or accept representation from another agency for this client during this casting or job.
• Doing so may result in delayed payment and removal from future casting consideration with MegaFlash Models.

Compensation
• I agree to be paid by MegaFlash Models based on the rate and terms stated in the casting notice.
• All recruiting fees are covered by the client. There are no fees deducted from my pay unless otherwise specified in writing.
• MegaFlash Models will not deduct additional fees from the rates shown on our casting notices. What you see is what you get.
• We can’t speak for other agencies or their policies, but we believe MegaFlash Models offers models and clients the best options — with fast payment timelines and no extra fees or hidden deductions from model pay.

Additional Terms

• Our rates are flat rates as shown in the casting notice. No additional deductions come from the rates shown on our casting notices. No need to do any fuzzy math — what you see is what you get.
• Payment terms and conditions may vary by casting but are always stated clearly on the casting notice.
• If I have not yet submitted a model application with MegaFlash Models, I agree to do so by visiting: https://www.tfaforms.com/329292.
• If I move or have a change of address, I must notify winston@megaflashmodels.com with the subject line: Change of Address.
• If I plan on spending time in another location, I will notify MegaFlash Models so I can be added to the appropriate roster.
