💰 MODEL RATE: $900 TOTAL FOR BOTH DAYS
$450 prep day + $450 event day.

4 female models, ages 18+, all ethnicities, for a live hair education event.
✂️ HAIR REQUIREMENTS

Healthy, shoulder-length to armpit-length hair.

All hair textures and curl patterns considered.

Blonde, brown, red, gray, platinum blonde, or auburn hair. Black hair considered for one position.

Must be open to permanent hair color, cutting, and styling. Lightener may be used.

No color correction, box color, relaxers, henna, or perms.

The artist will discuss the proposed cut and color with each model at casting. Models must agree to the proposed services to be selected.

Prep for selected models: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

👗 WARDROBE & MAKEUP
Models must bring:

Nude undergarments.

Black and nude heels.

Dressy black clothing and trendy, monochromatic wardrobe options.

Comfortable clothing for prep.

A makeup artist will be provided. Arrive with a clean, hydrated face; you may bring your own makeup for touch-ups.
📸 USAGE
Perpetual usage rights, as outlined in the booking agreement.
✅ By submitting, you confirm that you are available for both days and able to attend the in-person casting.
⏰ RSVP DEADLINE: Saturday, September 26, at 9:00 AM.
Invitation only. MegaFlash must RSVP you before you attend. Attendance at casting does not guarantee a booking.

⚠️ CHANGES TO THE eAGREEMENT TERMS

MEGAFLASH MODELS Casting / eAgreement

By submitting to this casting form, I agree to sign in on all required paperwork with MegaFlash Models (MFM). If booked, I understand I will be paid within 14 to 30 days from the last job date, or sooner whenever possible.

Representation & Future Bookings
• If I am booked through MegaFlash Models for this client, I agree that MegaFlash Models will remain my representative for this client for any related or follow-up bookings (e.g., if the client books me for additional shows in other cities).
• I will notify MegaFlash Models promptly if I am booked, and I understand a W9 must be provided before payment is issued.

Casting Exclusivity
• If I submit myself to this casting through MegaFlash Models — even if I originally heard about it through another agent, agency, or posting — I agree that MegaFlash Models will be my representative for this event.
• Double submissions (applying through multiple agencies for the same event) are not permitted, and both MegaFlash Models and the client should know your agency preference clearly at the time of submission.

Switching Representation During Casting
• Once I have submitted myself for this event with MegaFlash Models, I agree not to switch to another agency or accept representation from another agency for this client during this casting or job.
• Doing so may result in delayed payment and removal from future casting consideration with MegaFlash Models.

Compensation
• I agree to be paid by MegaFlash Models based on the rate and terms stated in the casting notice.
• All recruiting fees are covered by the client. There are no fees deducted from my pay unless otherwise specified in writing.
• MegaFlash Models will not deduct additional fees from the rates shown on our casting notices. What you see is what you get.
• We can’t speak for other agencies or their policies, but we believe MegaFlash Models offers models and clients the best options — with fast payment timelines and no extra fees or hidden deductions from model pay.

Additional Terms

• Our rates are flat rates as shown in the casting notice. No additional deductions come from the rates shown on our casting notices. No need to do any fuzzy math — what you see is what you get.
• Payment terms and conditions may vary by casting but are always stated clearly on the casting notice.
• If I have not yet submitted a model application with MegaFlash Models, I agree to do so by visiting: https://www.tfaforms.com/329292.
• If I move or have a change of address, I must notify winston@megaflashmodels.com with the subject line: Change of Address.
• If I plan on spending time in another location, I will notify MegaFlash Models so I can be added to the appropriate roster.
