DALLAS — HAIR MODEL CASTING

MegaFlash Models is seeking 4 models, ages 18+, of all ethnicities, for a professional hair event in Dallas, Texas.

Models must be open to color, cutting, and styling services and comfortable appearing in front of a live audience.

🎨 THE LOOK — REDS & COPPERS

The inspiration includes copper, auburn, vibrant red, and deeper red tones across a variety of lengths and textures. Final services will be discussed during the stylist consultation. Lightening may be required.

💰 MODEL RATE: $900 TOTAL

Preparation day: $400
Show day: $500
Agency fees are paid separately by the client. You keep your full $900 model rate.

📅 DATES & SCHEDULE

Saturday, October 17, 2026: In-person casting, 5–6 p.m., in Addison.
Sunday, October 18, 2026: Rehearsal, 8–9 a.m., followed by preparation, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., in Dallas.
Monday, October 19, 2026: Show, 6 a.m.–noon, in Dallas.

Must be available for casting and all required appearances if selected. Casting attendance does not guarantee a booking.

📍 LOCATION

Dallas / Addison, Texas. Exact locations and attendance instructions will be provided through MegaFlash Models. Rehearsal and preparation take place at different locations.

👩 MODEL REQUIREMENTS

18 or older.
All ethnicities welcome.
Clean, healthy hair.
No relaxed hair or hair requiring color correction.
Must agree to the proposed hair services to be booked.

👗 WARDROBE & MAKEUP

Bring 2–3 black dress options.
Bring black heels and nude undergarments.
Arrive with a clean, hydrated face.
A makeup artist will be provided.

📸 USAGE

Perpetual usage rights to event materials, as described in the booking agreement.

This is an invitation-only casting. MegaFlash Models must RSVP you before you attend. No walk-ins or guests. No children or pets; service animals are permitted. Contact MegaFlash in advance if you require an aide.

⚠️ CHANGES TO THE eAGREEMENT TERMS

MEGAFLASH MODELS Casting / eAgreement

By submitting to this casting form, I agree to sign in on all required paperwork with MegaFlash Models (MFM). If booked, I understand I will be paid within 14 to 30 days from the last job date, or sooner whenever possible.

Representation & Future Bookings
• If I am booked through MegaFlash Models for this client, I agree that MegaFlash Models will remain my representative for this client for any related or follow-up bookings (e.g., if the client books me for additional shows in other cities).
• I will notify MegaFlash Models promptly if I am booked, and I understand a W9 must be provided before payment is issued.

Casting Exclusivity
• If I submit myself to this casting through MegaFlash Models — even if I originally heard about it through another agent, agency, or posting — I agree that MegaFlash Models will be my representative for this event.
• Double submissions (applying through multiple agencies for the same event) are not permitted, and both MegaFlash Models and the client should know your agency preference clearly at the time of submission.

Switching Representation During Casting
• Once I have submitted myself for this event with MegaFlash Models, I agree not to switch to another agency or accept representation from another agency for this client during this casting or job.
• Doing so may result in delayed payment and removal from future casting consideration with MegaFlash Models.

Compensation
• I agree to be paid by MegaFlash Models based on the rate and terms stated in the casting notice.
• All recruiting fees are covered by the client. There are no fees deducted from my pay unless otherwise specified in writing.
• MegaFlash Models will not deduct additional fees from the rates shown on our casting notices. What you see is what you get.
• We can’t speak for other agencies or their policies, but we believe MegaFlash Models offers models and clients the best options — with fast payment timelines and no extra fees or hidden deductions from model pay.

Additional Terms

• Our rates are flat rates as shown in the casting notice. No additional deductions come from the rates shown on our casting notices. No need to do any fuzzy math — what you see is what you get.
• Payment terms and conditions may vary by casting but are always stated clearly on the casting notice.
• If I have not yet submitted a model application with MegaFlash Models, I agree to do so by visiting: https://www.tfaforms.com/329292.
• If I move or have a change of address, I must notify winston@megaflashmodels.com with the subject line: Change of Address.
• If I plan on spending time in another location, I will notify MegaFlash Models so I can be added to the appropriate roster.
