CASTING DESCRIPTION
MegaFlash Models is seeking 4 male hair models for a professional hair education event in Peabody, Massachusetts, just outside Boston.
Selected models will participate in live haircutting demonstrations, professional styling, and educational presentations performed by industry professionals.
All models must be available for both dates and willing to receive professional haircutting and styling.
EVENT SCHEDULE
Sunday, November 1, 2026: Preparation Day
Monday, November 2, 2026: Show / Live Demonstrations
Models must be available both days. Exact call times will be provided to selected models.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE
2 Male Haircut Demonstration Models
Participate in live haircutting demonstrations and educational presentations.
2 Male Presentation / Styling Models
Participate in live styling demonstrations and professional presentations.
IMPORTANT: All 4 models must be open to haircutting and styling, regardless of the assigned position.
HAIR REQUIREMENTS
Seeking male models with hair suitable for modern men's haircutting and styling techniques.
Desired haircut and styling references include:

Tapered Flow

Textured Burst Fade

Brushback

Textured Graduation

Structured Mid Fade

Curtain Flow

Models must be flexible regarding professional haircutting and styling. Final looks will be determined by the creative team.
COMPENSATION
$1,000 TOTAL PER MODEL FOR BOTH DAYS
Models receive 100% of their stated compensation.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Interested models must submit current photographs showing:

Clear face / headshot

Front view of hair

Left and right sides of hair

Back view of hair

Please ensure photographs accurately represent your current hair length, texture, and style.
All applicants must confirm:

Willingness to receive a professional haircut

Willingness to participate in live styling and presentations

⚠️ CHANGES TO THE eAGREEMENT TERMS

MEGAFLASH MODELS Casting / eAgreement

By submitting to this casting form, I agree to sign in on all required paperwork with MegaFlash Models (MFM). If booked, I understand I will be paid within 14 to 30 days from the last job date, or sooner whenever possible.

Representation & Future Bookings
• If I am booked through MegaFlash Models for this client, I agree that MegaFlash Models will remain my representative for this client for any related or follow-up bookings (e.g., if the client books me for additional shows in other cities).
• I will notify MegaFlash Models promptly if I am booked, and I understand a W9 must be provided before payment is issued.

Casting Exclusivity
• If I submit myself to this casting through MegaFlash Models — even if I originally heard about it through another agent, agency, or posting — I agree that MegaFlash Models will be my representative for this event.
• Double submissions (applying through multiple agencies for the same event) are not permitted, and both MegaFlash Models and the client should know your agency preference clearly at the time of submission.

Switching Representation During Casting
• Once I have submitted myself for this event with MegaFlash Models, I agree not to switch to another agency or accept representation from another agency for this client during this casting or job.
• Doing so may result in delayed payment and removal from future casting consideration with MegaFlash Models.

Compensation
• I agree to be paid by MegaFlash Models based on the rate and terms stated in the casting notice.
• All recruiting fees are covered by the client. There are no fees deducted from my pay unless otherwise specified in writing.
• MegaFlash Models will not deduct additional fees from the rates shown on our casting notices. What you see is what you get.
• We can’t speak for other agencies or their policies, but we believe MegaFlash Models offers models and clients the best options — with fast payment timelines and no extra fees or hidden deductions from model pay.

Additional Terms

• Our rates are flat rates as shown in the casting notice. No additional deductions come from the rates shown on our casting notices. No need to do any fuzzy math — what you see is what you get.
• Payment terms and conditions may vary by casting but are always stated clearly on the casting notice.
• If I have not yet submitted a model application with MegaFlash Models, I agree to do so by visiting: https://www.tfaforms.com/329292.
• If I move or have a change of address, I must notify winston@megaflashmodels.com with the subject line: Change of Address.
• If I plan on spending time in another location, I will notify MegaFlash Models so I can be added to the appropriate roster.
