Multi-Site/Large Organisation Guidance

The Working with Trauma Quality Mark is designed to assess a service or project.  If you have multi-sites, cover a large geographical area/different regions, and/or your staff team is more than 30, we will discuss with you how the Quality Mark can be applied to your organisation. Aspects to consider will include:

  • That there is at least one senior manager who has operational oversight and a working daily knowledge of all services/projects/sites
  • You can provide a range of evidence from the frontline delivery of all the services/projects/sites
  • All services/projects/sites share overarching objectives and work with the same client group and delivery model
  • There is the same management structure and a shared staff team working across all services/projects/sites

The above is applied on a case-by-case basis with the overarching premise that it needs to be of a manageable size to be able to assess within the time allocated. We will do this in consultation with applicants.

Once you have completed this Application Form and the Self Assessment Questionnaire, we will be in contact with your next steps.
